CanniMed Oil 10:10 has a targeted equal ratio of THC to CBD. With the provided syringe, place the dose you want under your tongue, wait about 30 to 60 seconds and swallow with water (oil absorption time may differ from patient to patient). You can also add the oil to your favourite food/drinks.
