With the provided syringe, place the dose you want under your tongue, wait about 30 to 60 seconds and swallow with water (oil absorption time may differ from patient to patient). You can also add the oil to your favourite food/drinks.

Compared to inhaled cannabis, ingested cannabis can take longer to have an effect, so make sure to start with a low dose and go slow. Unless otherwise instructed by your healthcare practitioner, we recommend patients follow Health Canada’s guideline of “starting low and going slow” with patients beginning with a low dose and waiting up to 120 minutes to assess the effects of the medication before administering an additional dose.
